By accessing or using DataForge (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of DataForge. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. They apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Use license
Permission is granted to temporarily use the tools and materials published on DataForge for personal, non-commercial, or internal business purposes. This license does not include modifying, copying, or redistributing site content for resale; using the Service for any unlawful purpose; or attempting to interfere with its security or underlying infrastructure. Output produced by the tools may be used freely in your own work.
Disclaimer
The materials and conversion results on DataForge are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property. Furthermore, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the Service.
Limitations
In no event shall DataForge or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or of liability for consequential damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Privacy & data
All conversions are executed locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or process your input data on our servers. Our full data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
